It’s all about the Majorelle Garden in Marrakech, Morocco. The color “blue Majorelle” is in distinct contrast with the orange Moroccan wall décor (moucharabieh = the harem window). The artist’s medium here is brushed acrylic paint. The darker the color, the better it seeps through the scarf during printing. The vases, cactus and plants are all very Moroccan, including the date-producing palm trees (instead of coconuts).
